Claim Policy
- 30 days warranty claim for manufacturing defect is given to customers from the date of purchase.
- Products sold during SALE or on marked-down prices do not qualify for claim.
- We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim.
- Pedro Pakistan reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
- Products purchased under claim cannot be re-claimed.
