It takes up to 2 working days to process your order and 8–10 working days for delivery depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
During sale period or promotions, order processing may take longer.
In case an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, the order will be processed on the following working day.
Orders will be dispatched through BlueEX Courier Service. Order tracking number will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched for you to track your order.
Once you receive SMS for delivery, keep cash ready as the rider might not have change which will delay your order.
Delivery of your order will be anytime between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Customer will bear the exchange shipping cost.
Customer won’t be able to open the parcel before payment unless instructed otherwise.
